"The agent was very helpful, knowledgeable and also a real delight to chat with....unfortunately we were not able to make a deal....but after close to an hour on the phone i come away feeling like i had made a new friend as well as learning some valuable information....but she admitted it was better i stay with my current insurer as i will probably NOT find a cheaper rate...."

"Overall I'm not favorably impressed with the level of customer service from State Farm. High premiums, even after applying numerous "discounts" and no sense of urgency when it comes to support or customer service. I get the sense that changes in service and/or procedures are for the benefit of the company rather than the customer. This office has a poor track record with me as far as responding to questions and issues of concern. After several years with the company and this local office, I'll be moving on to another insurer soon."
